Job Title: Process Development Executive
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office and documentation.
- Good knowledge of ISO process mapping tools (Flowcharts, Visio), and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- 3-5 years experience in Process Development, Business Process Improvement, Quality Assurance or Operations - Healthcare/Hospital experience is a strong advantage.
- B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Health, Quality Management or related field.
- Professional certification in Quality Management, PMP, or ISO QMS is an added advantage.
