Job Purpose
To manage the full lifecycle of procurement contracts for goods, services, projects, and turnaround activities, ensuring contractual compliance, commercial value realization, risk mitigation, supplier performance management, and alignment with refinery and petrochemical business objectives.
The role serves as the focal point for contract administration, contract governance, claims management, contract performance monitoring, and contract close-out activities while ensuring adherence to corporate procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Contract Administration:
Ensure contract documentation remains current and accessible.
Maintain complete contract files and records.
Administer contracts following award and execution.
Monitor contract validity periods and deliverables.
Ensure contractual obligations are properly documented and monitored.
Contract Execution Monitoring:
Escalate contract execution issues where required.
Coordinate with contract owners to verify progress against contractual commitments.

Ensure document version control.
Contract Close-Out:
Conduct contract close-out reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Facilitate final account reconciliation.
Verify completion of contractual obligations.
Coordinate contract completion activities.
Ensure proper archiving of contract documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Support contract owners in contract administration matters.
Facilitate resolution of contractual administration issues.
Provide contractual status updates to management.
Liaise with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Projects, Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in managing high-value service and project contracts.
3–7+ years in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years specifically focused on contract management.
Experience with EPC, maintenance, and turnaround contracts preferred.
Master's Degree/MBA – added advantage.
Professional certification (CPCM, CCCM CFCM, CIPS etc.) is an advantage
Bachelor’s Degree in fields like Law (LL.B), Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
