The Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, managing vendors, processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers and ensuring that procurement processes comply with organisational policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source, evaluate and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery timelines and business requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- Process and monitor purchase orders from requisition through delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, contracts and other commercial terms with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organisational policies, procurement regulations and established procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, purchase orders, contracts and supplier documentation.
- Monitor supplier deliveries to ensure materials and services are delivered according to agreed specifications and timelines.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and procurement efficiency.
- Conduct market research and monitor supplier and commodity price trends.
- Support contract management and ensure suppliers meet agreed contractual obligations.
- Identify and escalate procurement risks, supply disruptions and vendor-related issues.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports and provide relevant updates to management.
