Supplier performance monitoring and reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supplier Onboarding & Qualification:
Verify supplier documentation and statutory requirements.
Maintain approved vendor databases.
Conduct supplier prequalification activities.
Coordinate supplier registration and onboarding processes.
Ensure onboarding activities comply with procurement governance requirements.
Supplier Performance Management:
Coordinate supplier performance review meetings.
Identify supplier performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Track quality and service performance.
Develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards.
Measure supplier performance against agreed KPIs.
Monitor supplier delivery performance.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain productive supplier relationships.
Promote collaborative problem-solving with suppliers.
Act as the primary coordination point between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Support strategic supplier partnership initiatives.
Facilitate regular supplier engagement sessions.
Supplier Compliance Monitoring:
Maintain supplier compliance records and documentation.
Ensure supplier compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
Verify supplier compliance with approved company requirements.
Monitor validity of supplier certifications and registrations.
Supplier Audits & Assessments:
Participate in supplier capability reviews.
Coordinate supplier assessments and site visits.
Support supplier qualification audits.
Monitor closure of supplier improvement actions.
Supplier Development:
Support local supplier development programs.
Promote supplier operational excellence programs.
Identify supplier capability gaps.
Facilitate supplier training and awareness initiatives.
Develop supplier improvement plans.
Vendor Master Data Management:
Maintain vendor master records.
Support governance of supplier databases.
Monitor vendor data quality.
Eliminate duplicate vendor records.
Ensure supplier information remains current and accurate.
Reporting & Analytics:
Analyze supplier performance trends.
Prepare supplier performance dashboards.
Provide supplier insights to Procurement and Supply Chain leadership.
Generate monthly and quarterly supplier reports.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate communication between suppliers and business users.
Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Finance teams.
Support resolution of supplier service issues.
Support supplier performance improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience within refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, manufacturing, or large industrial environments.
Master's Degree/MBA – added advantage.
3–7 years of Supply Chain, Governance, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management, or Internal Control experience
Experience managing supplier performance programs and supplier databases.
Familiarity with supplier evaluation methodologies and scorecards.
Professional certification (SRM, CPSM, CSCP, CIPS, etc.) is an advantage
Bachelor’s Degree in fields like Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting.
