To manage the procurement and supply of materials, equipment, and services required for efficient Oil & Gas operations, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, timely delivery, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement plans based on operational and project requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers and vendors.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and recommend suppliers.
- Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of approved vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate material availability, inventory levels, and supply requirements.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, HSE standards, and applicable Oil & Gas regulations.
- Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, Logistics, and Project teams to ensure timely supply.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, contracts, and documentation.
- Resolve supplier issues, delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies.
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation for procurement transactions.

- B.Sc. / HND in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant procurement/supply chain experience within the Oil & Gas industry.

- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas procurement processes and vendor management.
