We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Responsibilties
Collaborate with Compliance to ensure products meet AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-launch monitoring.
Gather and prioritize business, customer, and regulatory
Requirements
- into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release schedules using Agile methodologies.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
- Work with Customer Support and Operations to resolve product issues and improve customer experience.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to senior management.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the organisation's cross-border payment products.
- Coordinate the integration of banks, payment gateways, mobile money operators, remittance partners, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
- Monitor product performance, transaction success rates, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
