What you'll do
Set strategy & narrative:
publish the station and swap vision, PRDs, PR/FAQs and a metrics-first roadmap tied to swap volume, speed and battery availability.
Ship end to end
: lead delivery with engineering, design, data and station operations, from single-station pilots to network-wide rollout in every market.
Run it like a utility
: publish the KPI set, own swap and availability SLAs, drive RCAs and operationalise reliability across stations, agents and the swap flow.
Be on the ground
: spend peak hours at stations with riders and agents, and turn what you see into sharper flows, standards and training
Who you are
Hands-on experience with operations-heavy products used by frontline teams at scale, in mobility, logistics, retail or payments.
Strong UX instincts for high-volume, time-pressured flows: you remove steps, design for failure states and test with real users in real conditions.
Comfort with operational data: precise about metric definitions and at home with queueing, capacity and demand-forecasting problems.
Built for emerging markets: patchy coverage, cash and mobile money, and multi-country operations. Nigeria, battery-swap or EV experience is a strong plus.
Clear writing and executive presence: PRDs, PR/FAQs and narratives that align engineering, operations, finance and country leadership.
