Job Summary
We are seeking a Product Growth & Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, retention and revenue growth through effective product marketing and growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling value propositions, use cases and sales/marketing assets.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Marketing teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Conduct customer, market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and optimise customer acquisition channels, funnels and campaigns.
- Improve onboarding, activation, product adoption and customer retention.
- Lead growth experiments, A/B testing and performance analytics.
- Develop product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Experience
in FinTech, SaaS, financial services or technology is an advantage.
Strong understanding of growth strategies, product marketing and acquisition funnels.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Product Management or related field with 3 – 5 years’
in product marketing, growth marketing, product management, business development or a related role.
Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
with product positioning, GTM strategies and sales enablement.
Proven
driving customer acquisition, product adoption or revenue growth.
with A/B testing, CRO, CRM, analytics or marketing automation tools is desirable.
Salary: N500,000 monthly.
