Ile-Ife, Ilesha & Osogbo - Osun; Ibadan - Oyo; Edo; & Ado-Ekiti - Ekiti

Responsibilities
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and manager.
- Assist in food production process and ensuring quality food products according to company standard recipe
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and lobby areas.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Manage shifts which includes; daily decision making, scheduling, planning and upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
- Monitor and manage the customer’s dining
Experience
in a kitchen or food service environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Excellent culinary skills, communication and teamwork skills.
Interested candidates should possess BSc / HND qualification in Home Economics, Hospitality management, catering and Hotel management or related discipline.
Compensation
N80,000 Monthly.
