Benid Industries Limited is an established Nigerian manufacturing company that specializes in the production of alcoholic beverages, including bitters, gin, schnapps, and wine. Founded in 2001 and officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the company commenced its full manufacturing operations in 2009. Its headquarters and primary factory are located along Auchi Road in Ugbe-Akoko, Ondo State.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Production Manager
Location: : Ondo
Employment type: Full-time
Requirements
- Must possess a well-developed sensory evaluation ability and be capable of assessing the taste, aroma, colour, and other sensory characteristics of alcoholic beverages produced, in accordance with approved quality procedures
- Demonstrable knowledge of beverage production processes, blending, formulation control, filtration, bottling or filling, and packaging operations.
- Added Advantage: Professional training or certification in production management, quality management, beverage technology, or food safety.
- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in production management, preferably in the alcoholic beverage, brewery, distillery, or FMCG manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, quality assurance, and production safety procedures
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any other relevant discipline
