Fabsi Table Water is recruiting qualified and suitable candidates to fill the position below:
Job Position: Production Manager
Job Location
: Plot L4, Ellicott Street, Kubwa Extension 3, Abuja(FCT)
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of Fabsi Table Water.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Plan and implement production schedules to meet demand targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
- Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
- Control production costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
- Prepare production reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
Requirements
HND or BSc in Microbiology, Biochemistry or Food Science and Technology.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage or bottled water industry.
Prior experience in running a water factory is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of production processes, quality control, and regulatory standards (e.g. NAFDAC).
Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
Ability to plan, organize and meet production targets.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
