Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production processes to ensure targets and standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food-safety standards.
- Manage daily food production and production schedules.
- Supervise production staff and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, waste, and production costs.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food/FMCG Manufacturing or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
