We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Job Summary
To manage production activities and manpower during the assigned shift, ensure manufacturing processes and quality records are completed as per SOPs, and maintain cGMP, safety and equipment readiness requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- To maintain cGMP and safety norms. To distribute manpower as per requirement of manufacturing process with optimum utilization of plant capacity.
- To verify the activity of calibration/qualification of equipment & instruments. To co-ordinate with maintenance department to reduce unplanned breakdown/preventive maintenance.
- To manage the manpower in shift.
- To ensure batch charging, sampling procedure, equipment cleaning is done as per SOP/BMR/ECRs
- To perform manufacturing process and fill the quality records (i.e., BMR/BPR/ECR/Logbooks) as per SOPs.
- To schedule required training of the personnel working in the plant
- To monitor and record humidity and temperature
- To be well versed with GMP & ICHQ7.
- To co-ordinate with Engineer/QC/QA.
- Qualification and
Experience
B.Sc. / HND in Chemical Engineering.
At least 5 years of production operations
in chemical synthesis or the pharmaceutical API industry, including shift coordination.
