Job Summary
The Production Supervisor oversees daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards. This role coordinates staff, manages workflow, and ensures all products meet Lo’meedarfresh standards before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet daily output targets.
- Monitor expiry dates and assist in first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory management.
- Escalate operational challenges to the Operations Manager in real time.
- Maintain production records and submit daily reports.
- Monitor quality control and consistency across all product lines.
- Able to Market and give information about the availability and

of different products to walk-in customers
Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and clean.
Train and coach production assistants and kitchen staff.
Oversee stock usage and minimize wastage.
Create awareness of special offers & promotions, & Meal plans to walk-in customers
Ensure food processing time does not exceed established standards (e.g., 5 minutes per order).
Requirements
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
