Key Accountabilities
- Program & Project Coordination:
- Develop and maintain project plans, workplans, schedules, action trackers, and dashboards for multiple concurrent projects.
- Track key milestones, deliverables, dependencies and deadlines.
- Follow up with responsible team members to ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Identify emerging delays, risks and bottlenecks and ensure they are appropriately addressed or escalated.
- Maintain clear and accurate program documentation.
- Planning & Reporting:
- Coordinate regular program updates and management reporting.
- Consolidate inputs from relevant teams into clear progress reports and presentations.
- Maintain records of key actions, decisions and outstanding issues.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Facilitate effective coordination between teams in Nigeria and WeLight's international organisation.
- Drive effective coordination between WeLight and grant-making entities, in particular the REA DARES Program.
- Support communication and collaboration across English- and French-speaking teams.
- Ensure timely flow of information between stakeholders involved in program delivery.
- Team Coordination:
- Handle onboarding of new staff as applicable.
- Help improve internal coordination processes and ways of working as the organisation grows.
