The Project and Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, delivery, and closure of customer projects, as well as the effective delivery of ongoing IT services and support.
The role serves as the primary operational coordination point between customers, project teams, technical teams, vendors, sales, and management, ensuring that projects and services are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to agreed quality and service standards.
The role is responsible for establishing strong delivery governance, monitoring project and service performance, managing risks and escalations, coordinating resources, and ensuring a positive customer
throughout the engagement lifecycle.
