Job Summary
The successful candidate will evaluate project feasibility, prepare financial models, monitor project performance, and assist in securing financing for infrastructure, energy, construction, or corporate investment projects.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Finance Analyst to support financial planning, modeling, and analysis for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for project evaluation and forecasting.
- Prepare investment memoranda, financial reports, and presentations for management and investors.
- Identify opportunities to improve project financial performance and efficiency.
- Conduct feasibility studies, sensitivity analyses, and risk assessments.
- Analyze project costs, revenues, cash flows, and profitability metrics.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance against forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers, lenders, legal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support project financing activities, including debt and equity structuring.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and reporting standards.
- Assist with due diligence, contract reviews, and financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
