Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our real estate construction projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, artisans, and other project teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project documents.
- Supervise site activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and take appropriate corrective action.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget management.
- Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
- Manage project resources, materials, and manpower effectively.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or real estate development.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, and site management.
