We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and coordinate our real estate construction projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise site activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, artisans, and other project teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure construction work meets required quality and safety standards.
- Manage project resources, materials, and manpower effectively.
- Identify project risks, delays, and challenges and take appropriate corrective action.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project documents.
- Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget management.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.
- Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in
Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in project management, construction, or real estate development.
Proven experience managing construction projects from commencement to completion.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, budgeting, and site management.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
Proficiency in
MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel
, or other relevant project management tools is an added advantage.
Must be willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
