Job Title: Project Manager

Job Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, project schedules, and technical documents
Ability to work under pressure and liaise effectively with management, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other project stakeholders
BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Relevant professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or membership of a recognised professional body is an added advantage
Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through execution, completion, and handover
High level of integrity, accountability, discipline, and professionalism
Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality management, and construction procedures
Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements on construction sites
Proven ability to monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery
Proven experience managing project teams, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel
7–10 years’ proven experience in project management, preferably within construction, real estate development, or infrastructure
