Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of FCIS projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Align project strategy with broader organisational objectives and identify cross-business synergies.
- Lead, coach, and manage direct reports, including objective setting and performance reviews.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.
