We are looking for Property Acquisition & Onboarding Associates to join our team in Lagos. The role involves identifying prospective property owners and real estate businesses, introducing them to Thinplex, and supporting them through the property onboarding process.
This is a field-based and target-driven role suited to someone who is confident, persuasive, organised and comfortable building relationships.
in sales, business development, real estate, field marketing, customer acquisition or a related role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Comfortable using smartphones, web applications and digital tools.
