Thinplex is a property technology platform helping landlords, property managers, agencies, and tenants manage rentals, shortlets, and property operations more efficiently. As we expand our property network, we are hiring 3 Property Acquisition & Onboarding Associates to join our Lagos team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify property owners, agencies, property managers and shortlet operators, introduce them to Thinplex, and support them through the process of onboarding their properties onto the platform.
This is a field-based and target-driven role suited to someone who is confident speaking with people, comfortable with technology and enjoys building relationships.

Job descriptions &
in sales, business development, real estate, field marketing or customer acquisition is an advantage.

- Assist property owners and agencies with account creation and property onboarding.
- Guide users through listing requirements, property information and verification.
- Follow up with prospects until their properties are successfully onboarded.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and agency partners.
- Identify agencies and property managers with multiple units or portfolios.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and onboarding progress.
- Provide feedback from property owners and agencies to the Thinplex team.
