WHAT YOU’LL DO
Engage and follow up with prospective buyers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Generate new prospects and build your own client pipeline.
Understand clients’ needs, budgets and investment objectives.
Present The Venice and confidently handle questions and objections.
Conduct property inspections and create an exceptional customer experience.
Negotiate and convert prospects into reservations and completed sales.
Maintain your pipeline and customer information on our CRM.
Consistently achieve agreed sales targets.
