Key Accountabilities
- Process approved purchase
- requisitions (PRs) from all hotel departments.
- Obtain quotes, evaluate suppliers,
- and negotiate competitive pricing, delivery schedules, and credit terms.
- Prepare and issue accurate POs and
- track shipments to prevent stockouts or service disruptions.
- Work with the storekeeper, chefs, and department heads to verify that delivered
- items match quality standards and invoice quantities.
- Maintain supplier files, price

- Support par-stock management,
