This location could be changed according to the progress of the work and the project needs.
The aim is to extend and upgrade five existing high-voltage (HV) electrical substations as a turnkey project.
This technical service will be carried out in Nigeria.
Main Goals:
Implement the Project Quality Management System.
Measure completed works and validate subcontractor quantities.
Coordinate inspections and audits.
Ensure compliance with ITPs and Quality Plans.
Represent QA/QC and Quantity Surveying.
Deliverables:
Coordinate Control Sheet and SAT with the onshore Company’s Team
Issue weekly quality reports.
Prepare with the Onshore Team the First Of a Kind (FOaK)
Control punch lists.
Compile turnover dossiers.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) measurement and quantity verification
Manage None-Conformity Report (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPAs).
Witness inspections.
Review and follow the Quality Plans and ITPs.
Maintain quality records.
Qualifications
- Requirements for Technical Services:
- Minimum 10 years QA/QC experience and Quantity Surveying on HV substations.
- ISO9001 and IEC knowledge.
- Experience with construction and commissioning dossiers.
