THE ROLE
The successful candidate will provide independent quality oversight across procurement, warehouses, fulfilment centres and retail stores, ensuring pharmaceutical, healthcare, wellness, cosmetic and other regulated products meet required quality and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing and implementing the company-wide QA/QC framework, SOPs and quality controls
Overseeing incoming product inspection, supplier quality and quality audits
Ensuring compliance with
NAFDAC, PCN, GMP and GDP
Requirements
Managing quality incidents, product complaints, non-conformities and
CAPA
Monitoring storage, fulfilment and retail quality standards
Developing quality reports/dashboards and driving continuous improvement
Building and leading the QA/QC function and promoting a strong quality culture
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
B.Pharm or Pharm.D + valid Pharmacist licence
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
Required core competencies: Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs & Pharmaceutical Quality
Strong knowledge of NAFDAC, GMP and GDP
Proven ability to implement quality standards across multiple locations/business units
Strong analytical, investigation, problem-solving and leadership skills
Pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail or FMCG experience is strongly preferred
