Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that all pharmaceutical manufacturing activities comply with GMP, regulatory requirements, approved procedures, and established quality standards.
The role provides oversight of quality systems, documentation, batch release processes, deviations, CAPA, validation, audits, and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function and ensure effective implementation of the company's QMS.
- Ensure manufacturing, packaging, storage, and related activities comply with GMP and approved SOPs.
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packaging Records (BPRs), SOPs, specifications, and other quality documents.
- Oversee investigations of deviations, non-conformances, complaints, and out-of-specification results in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage CAPA, change control, risk assessment, and quality improvement activities.
- Ensure effective line clearance and in-process quality assurance activities.
- Coordinate product, process, equipment, and cleaning validation activities.
- Monitor environmental, hygiene, and facility-related quality
Requirements

- Coordinate internal, supplier, and regulatory inspections/audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Ensure proper management of controlled documents, records, and quality-related data.
- Work closely with QC, Production, Warehouse, Engineering, PPIC, and Regulatory Affairs to resolve quality issues.
- Support investigation and resolution of product complaints, returns, recalls, and quality incidents.
- Monitor compliance with GMP
- and provide appropriate training to employees.
- Maintain quality metrics and prepare periodic QA reports for Management.
- Identify quality risks and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
- Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences/Technology, Pharmacology/Toxicology, Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in QA supervision/management.
- Strong practical
