We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our Quality Control team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform any other quality-related duties assigned by the QC Supervisor/HOD.
- Carry out routine quality tests and maintain accurate QC records.
- Ensure compliance with established QC procedures and standards.
- Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure production output meets approved customer and company specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defective or non-conforming products.
- Monitor product dimensions, thickness/micron, appearance, and other quality parameters.
- Conduct quality checks and measurements according to specifications.
Requirements
- 2–4 years relevant experience, preferably in plastic/polythene manufacturing.
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Industrial Chemistry, Science Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
- Gender: Male preferred.
- Ability to work shifts in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
- Good attention to detail and strong reporting skills.
- Must be willing to work in Kano and Challawa Industrial area.
