The Quality Control Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems that ensure products, services, materials, and processes meet company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements at Uncle Stan's Foods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain
- quality control policies, procedures, and standards

- Supervise and coordinate the Quality Control.
- Establish inspection, testing, and quality assurance procedures.
- Monitor production and operational processes to identify quality issues.
- Ensure raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products meet specified standards.
- Review and approve inspection and testing results.
- Investigate product defects, customer complaints, non-conformities, and process failures.
