We operate a vertically integrated agro-industrial model spanning feed production, livestock, processing and distribution to reliably serve both local and export markets.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Iju Oke - Okitipupa, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Purpose
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for protecting the quality, safety, consistency and integrity of all raw materials, production processes, finished products and by-products at ORCAD Integrated Ltd’s palm oil and palm kernel oil factory
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all outgoing products meet strict company standards and market regulations for premium quality.
- Test and monitor the quality parameters (FFA levels, moisture content, and impurities) of Palm Oil, Palm Kernel, and other By-Products
- Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet standard processing specifications.
- Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe factory production environments.
Requirements
- Background in Science Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related field with 5-10 years experience.
- Prior
Experience
in quality assurance within an edible oil or agricultural processing factory.
Geographical Knowledge: Must know Ore, Odigbo, and Etikupupa very well.
High attention to detail and analytical skills.
