Key Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily quality control inspections on construction sites.
Inspect construction materials and workmanship for compliance with project specifications.
Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards.
Conduct material testing and coordinate laboratory tests where necessary.
Identify defects and report non-conformities for corrective action.
Ensure contractors and site workers follow established quality procedures.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality issues.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to resolve quality concerns.
Monitor corrective actions and verify that identified defects are properly addressed.

Requirements
- HND/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, site inspections, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
