Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and payments.
- Ensure projects remain within approved budgets and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site measurements and assess completed works.
- Prepare interim and final accounts.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and tender submissions.
- Prepare and review project budgets and cost plans.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control.
- 2–5 years’ relevant
Experience
in construction/project cost management.
Ability to work effectively on construction sites.
B.Sc./B.Tech/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Relevant professional certification/membership is an advantage.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
