We are seeking a creative, energetic, and target-driven individual to join our team as a Content Creator & Telesales Executive. We are looking for a passionate female professional who can bring our properties to life through engaging digital content and convert interest into action through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Digital Presence:
- Create, film, and edit captivating video walkthroughs, reels, and photos of property listings for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Stay ahead of real estate trends to ensure our visual content remains fresh, stylish, and engaging.
- Act as the brand ambassador during property showcases and on-camera presentations.
- Develop persuasive captions and property descriptions that resonate with potential homebuyers and investors.
- Telesales & Lead Management:
- Proactively follow up on leads generated from social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, qualify interest, and schedule property inspections.
- Provide exceptional service to prospects, handling objections and guiding them through the initial stages of the buying process.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring all client interactions are tracked and followed up on systematically.
- Requirements & Qualifications
