We're currently recruiting for the following personnel:
Job Title
: Real Estate Sales Representative (Sales / Marketing Role)
Location: : Abuja
Core Purpose
To generate leads, close property sales, and bring in revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Market properties (online & offline – WhatsApp, Instagram, listings)
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads
- Conduct property inspections/site visits
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Prepare and send property details, offers, and pricing
- Work with management on promotions and campaigns
Requirements
Minimum: BSc (any discipline)
Experience
in sales, marketing, or real estate (
Preferred Qualifications

Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficient with the use of Microsoft office tools
Smart phone + active on social media
Ability to work with targets
Key Skills
