Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer to join our team and provide excellent service throughout the guest journey.
The Receptionist / Guest Experience Officer will be responsible for welcoming guests and supporting a smooth arrival, stay and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up to ensure reported guest issues and requests are resolved.
- Explain apartment rules, Wi-Fi access and available services to guests.
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Escalate maintenance, housekeeping and security issues to the appropriate team.
- Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages and guest requests.
- Confirm guest reservations, payments and identification.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate guest, visitor and shift records.
- Complete proper handovers at the end of each shift.
- Coordinate and follow up on guest requests.
- Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience at all times.
Requirements
Professional and presentable appearance.
Previous experience in front-desk, hospitality or customer-service roles.
Previous hospitality, front-desk or customer-service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
Preferably a current NYSC Corps Memberor eligible to serve under the NYSC programme.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with guests.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
OND, HND or Bachelor's degree.
Friendly, organised and attentive to detail.
Good spoken and written English.
Salary: N120,000 Monthly.
