Summary
The role involves welcoming customers, attending to enquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the Itel Energy Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the service centre.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries regarding products, repairs, and after-sales services.
- Register customers and accurately record service requests and complaints.
- Ensure the reception and customer waiting area are clean and welcoming.
- Follow up on customer requests and provide updates where necessary.
- Escalate unresolved customer complaints or issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits and service activities.
- Support other administrative activities at the service centre as required.
- Manage incoming calls and enquiries professionally.
- Direct customers to the appropriate service or technical team.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, front desk, or similar customer-facing role.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Professional, patient, and well-organized.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a service centre, retail, electronics, or after-sales environment is an advantage.
