Overview
We are seeking motivated and people-oriented Corp Members to join our Recruitment Team and receive practical training in recruitment and talent acquisition.
The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in candidate, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job posting and recruitment coordination, with guidance from experienced recruiters.
Key Responsibilties
Candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with preparing candidate profiles and recruitment reports.
Learn and apply basic recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
Schedule interviews and follow up with
Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other recruitment channels.
Review and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
Post and manage job vacancies across relevant platforms.
Contact candidates and conduct initial screening conversations.
Communicate professionally with candidates and clients.
Requirements
- A Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Relations or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a Male NYSC Corp Member.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
