Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Grinder Operator to operate and monitor industrial plastic grinding/granulating equipment used in the recycling and processing of waste plastic materials.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on
operating plastic recycling machinery and be able to maintain efficient machine performance and consistent material output.

Key Responsibilities
- Clear minor blockages and carry out basic machine adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Report machine faults, abnormal sounds, overheating or other operational issues.
- Inspect processed plastic materials for quality and proper size.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of grinding equipment.
- Feed waste plastic materials into the grinder according to production requirements.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.
