We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who will lead a team of Sales Representativesto achievesales, profitability, growth, coverage, and distribution objectives within the assignedterritoryand/or market segment.
Overall
Responsibilities
- Achieve setmonthlySocial Marketingobjectivesin volume and valuefor assignedregion.
- Achieve key Sales operation metrics every week.
- Coach and develop Sales Reps to ensure improved Selling skills and productivity.
- Good distributor management skills and engage the distributor managers on proactive ways to grow the business within the region.
- Lead the use of SFA to drive Sales Rep productivity on relevant metrics.
- Leverages SFA to drive quality and improved output by the team.
- Leads the team to implement all the sales and marketing activities as communicated.
- Drives improved enlistment of new distributors to the business and ensures product availability in most accounts, leveraging the Sales Reps.
- Manages key relationships for key customers, influencers, and decision makers in the territory.
- Reports always and monthly market intelligence reports for competition.
- Regularly cascades customer feedback to theDirector ofSocial Marketingandas regards best practice on how to grow the business.
- Ensure timely submission of all reports as expected from your line manager andSocial Marketingleadership
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- MSIN resource management: ensure efficient and effective utilization of MSIN allocated resources and deliver high return on investment on all highlighted areas.
- Efficient management of Sales Rep expenses and a business leader who will always track ROI.
- Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Pharmaceutical or any of the Biological /Physiological sciences.
- Minimum 3 years’
Experience
in sales management with the Pharma /FMCG landscape
Good industry contacts and network within the designated region.
Good commercial skills with the ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness on key commercial fundamentals
A self-starter with uncanny ability to surmount challenges
A problem solver who is ready to go the extra mile.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A valid driver’s license.
