Fidelity Bank Plc began operations in 1988 as Fidelity Union Merchant Bank Limited. By 1990, it had distinguished itself as the fastest growing merchant bank in the country. However, to leverage the emerging opportunities in the commercial and consumer end of financial services in Nigeria, in 1999, it converted to commercial banking and changed its name to Fidelity Bank Plc. It became a universal bank in February 2001, with a license to offer the entire spectrum of commercial, consumer, corporate and investment banking services.

Role Description
The role includes preparing reports on customer performance, supporting credit and risk assessments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual and corporate customers.
This position involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
The Relationship Officer will handle account opening, cross-selling and upselling of products, monitoring account activity, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
The Relationship Officer will also participate in marketing and business development activities to attract new customers and deepen existing relationships.

Requirements
