We are looking for a remote sales agent who will close & convert chats for our clients. You will chat in real time with customers for our clients, on their behalf and in their voice. You will build rapport, keep conversations going and turn them into sales, following our proven scripts and sales process with support from a team lead.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Chat with customers in real time on behalf of our creators, in their voice and style
- Build rapport and keep customers engaged
- Follow our scripts and step-by-step sales process to turn conversations into sales
- Work alongside the creator and your team lead during each shift
Requirements
- Excellent written English: natural, casual and free of errors
- Able to write convincingly in a tone of voice and style
- Experience using chat scripts, or a clear understanding of how to follow one
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- A laptop or desktop computer, stable internet and backup power
- Comfortable working with female creators, discreet and professional
- Nice to Have:
- Sales, customer service or live chat experience
- Hours and Pay:
- $2 (USD) per hour + 5% commission on the sales you help make
- First 2 weeks are a trial at $2 per hour; commission starts once you pass
- On average, our chat agents earn $500–$1,200 (USD) per month
- Paid weekly in cryptocurrency, so you will need a crypto wallet
- Zero-hours contract: shifts are usually scheduled at the start of each week, with occasional short-notice shifts
