Requirements
- in pilot formulation and/or rework processing procedures.
- The role is responsible for assisting the Research and Development team in operational activities involved in new product development and/or reformulation of existing products.
- Understanding of validation, qualification, and technology transfer.
- Minimum of three (4) years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any science-related discipline (Chemistry-Based).
- Understanding of the Chemistry of API and excipients.
- Key Competencies:
- Ability to identify and solve complex formulation-related problems.
- Effective time management to balance formulation development, testing, and documentation.
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams, including R&D and manufacturing.
- Familiarity with scientific literature and ability to stay up-to -date with the latest developments in pharmaceutical formulation.

- Carry out laboratory trials for reformulation of existing products.
- Withdraw and transfer stability samples to relevant units’ laboratories.
- Execute pre-formulation studies for formulation development.
