Key Accountabilities
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are greeted with a smile
Provide personalised instruction on product use to customers
Recommend relevant beauty and/or cosmetic products
Be a great team member
Undertake stock merchandising and sales
In addition to working with beauty and fragrance you must be willing to work across all areas of the pharmacy including vitamins and medicines.
Maintain the presentation of the beauty and fragrance areas
Process sales through the till
Actively work on the floor to greet and serve all customers through demonstrations and advice
Actively maintain and grow a client relationships
Maximise sales through cross-selling and upselling in order to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Regularly update knowledge on Skincare, Wellness and Beauty trends.
