The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recovery operations, reducing overdue accounts, implementing risk strategies, and ensuring effective collaboration with field agents and the sales team to maintain a healthy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate repossession activities and ensure proper documentation of recovered assets.
- Support audits, verification exercises, and special recovery campaigns.
- Follow up daily with DSAs to ensure prompt collection of outstanding repayments.
- Lead recovery actions including calls, field visits, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure proper customer profiling and responsible selling.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.
- Ensure compliance with all risk and recovery processes.
- Identify and escalate fraudulent activities involving DSAs or Sales teams.
- Drive initiatives to maintain at least 95% control of overdue customers.
- Maintain accurate records of overdue accounts and recovery activities.
- Coordinate, guide, and support DSAs to improve collection efficiency
- Monitor recovery performance and report insights to the Collection Specialist.
- Provide feedback on customer repayment behavior to improve portfolio quality.
- Implement Bluetti’s Risk Strategy policies at the branch level.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in solar/PayGo industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
- 2–5 years’ experience in collections, credit control, risk, or recovery role.
