Panthera Restaurant is seeking an energetic, disciplined, and proactive Male Runner to join our dining operations team. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining floor, ensuring that food orders are delivered to guest tables swiftly, accurately, and at the perfect serving temperature. You will maintain strict operational standards, assist with floor setup and side-station maintenance, and uphold safety, hygiene, and service protocols.
as a Food Runner, Commis Waiter, or Busser in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or fine dining establishment. Must reside within or in close proximity to the Maitama area, Abuja （for shift flexibility and easy commuting） and willingly for work flexible shift (day and night)
Exceptional physical stamina, agility, and pace; ability to carry heavy trays, stand, and move continuously throughout high-volume service hours.

- Coordinate seamlessly with the Head Chef, Expo, Head Waiter, and floor waitstaff to retrieve completed dishes from the kitchen pass and deliver them to correct guest tables without delay.
- Serve dishes accurately according to seat numbers and luxury service protocols, maintaining proper plate placement, temperature standards, and presentation.
