Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAGE Software Support Consultant to provide professional application support for SAGE 200 and SAGE 300 systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user guidance and basic training on SAGE applications.
- Document support requests, solutions, and system-related activities accurately.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and client experience.
- Assist with system configuration, setup, upgrades, updates, and maintenance.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system and user-related issues.
- Work with internal technical teams and vendor resources to resolve complex issues.
- Provide day-to-day technical and application support to clients using SAGE 200 and SAGE 300.
- Participate in SAGE implementation projects, system testing, and feature upgrades.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven
Experience
supporting SAGE 200 and/or SAGE 300.
SAGE/ERP certifications are an added advantage.
Degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
