Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and medical institutions.
- Promote clinical chemistry reagents and biochemistry analyzers.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders and payments.
- Support analyzer installation, basic troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Work closely with the BSBE China team to develop the Nigerian market.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in
IVD, laboratory diagnostics, medical equipment, or diagnostic reagents
.
BSc/HND in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
Good knowledge of clinical chemistry and laboratory workflows.
Experience with biochemistry analyzers and/or chemistry reagents is highly preferred.
Existing relationships with diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, distributors, or laboratory managers in Nigeria is a strong advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Willing to travel within Nigeria.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good English communication skills.
Strong Advantage:
Experience with Mindray, Dirui, Urit, Zybio, Genrui, Bioelab, or Hitachi
chemistry systems.
