Job Summary
The role will involve field sales and relationship management with restaurants, coffee shops, hotels, caterers, churches with bakery/catering operations, and other relevant customers.
We are seeking a presentable, confident and customer-focused Bakery Sales Executive to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Promote bakery-related products and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and customer feedback.
- Monitor market activities and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up on customer needs and orders.
- Identify and develop new bakery and food-service customers.
- Visit restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, caterers, churches and other target outlets to generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
Salary: N150,000 – N170,000 monthly + Transport Allowance + Incentives.
- Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Candidates with existing contacts within restaurants, hotels, caterers, coffee shops or similar businesses will be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal and PR skills.
- Ability to build relationships and meet sales targets.
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in bakery, flour, food or FMCG products.
- Willingness to work as a field sales representative and cover multiple locations within Abuja.
