Role Summary
ISN Medical is hiring a Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage distributor/retail relationships across the consumer products segment in designated Areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Manage distributor & retail networks for product availability and visibility
- Conduct consumer healthcare product presentations and trainings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Execute territory sales plans and promotions
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and trade partners
- Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners
- Support order processing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection
Qualifications
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to drive. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive sales and business development experience. Relevant experience within the consumer products, healthcare, medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or related industry will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience in key account management and distributor/channel development.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Marketing, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is an added advantage). A minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
